Bay Street Players Announces 2009-2010 Dolly Award Winners
The Dolly Awards – so named because the first show presented by Bay Street Players was Hello Dolly– is fashioned after classic award ceremonies such as Broadway’s Tony Awards. The evening celebrates the close of the season honoring our performers as well as others for their outstanding contributions. The Dolly Award Nominees and winners are selected by a private jury that complete ballots throughout the season.
This black tie requested event immediately followed by a Champagne toast and dessert took place Saturday evening August 21, 2010 at the Historic State Theatre. The 2009-2010 Dolly Award winners are:
